My stay at Sanctuary Hotel in NYC was a mixed bag. The location right near Times Square was super convenient for exploring the city, but the room I had was quite small and not really what I expected for the price. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, which made the experience a bit better. However, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement, and there were a few hiccups with service that left me feeling a little frustrated.

I recently spent three nights at the Sanctuary Hotel for my wedding anniversary. the location is fantastic, just off Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Larissa at the reception who helped with our room upgrade without any extra charge. However, I did find the rooms on the smaller side, which made us request a larger one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service, but the room size was a bit disappointing.
