My stay at Sanctuary Hotel in NYC was a mixed bag. I recently spent three nights at the Sanctuary Hotel for my wedding anniversary. the location is fantastic, just off Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Larissa at the reception who helped with our room upgrade without any extra charge. However, I did find the rooms on the smaller side, which made us request a larger one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service, but the room size was a bit disappointing.
